Clean eating doesn’t have to be complicated. Most of the recipes that you find here are (very) easy to make and do not require a lot of time. I used to be a useless cook but when I got diagnosed celiac in 2011 I had no other option than to learn, especially after going grainfree / paleo pescatarian in 2013. It’s been a couple of years of trial and error, but they have also been quite tasty and I’m feeling so much better today. All recipes will be available in English, Spanish and Swedish (just put the mouse on top of the headline in order to chose your language).
Food is a very important part of well-being and it will take a part of your precious time so make the most out of it. Have fun and don’t be afraid of trying new ingredients or to modify recipes that you find according to your preferences.
