I offer the following services in Barcelona, Costa Brava & L’Empordà:
- Personal Training for fitness, weight loss, to tone it up and overall wellbeing. 1:1, duo and small groups up to 6 people. We train outdoors in a park or at the beach, or at your home and the sessions work the full body, both cardio and strength.
- Personal training for performance for bikers, runners, triathletes & swimrunners. Improving your weak spots and muscular imbalances can help you to perform better and to reduce the risk of injuries. I can also help you to comeback after injuries. Sessions include both strength and mobility.
- Beach bootcamps every Saturday at 9.30 am during July & August 2018 @ Ala Brava, Platja de Pals.
- Swimrun training and training plans. Individual sessions or together with NU SWIMRUN CLUB. I arrange training camps together with experiences swimrun friends & trainers. There’s also the option for guided training sessions upon request on Costa Brava.
- Running technique & coaching: No matter if you are a beginner and want to get started (and do it right from the start) or if you’re already a runner but struggle with injuries or don’t improve as you wish. The first session we do a video analysis of how you currently run and then take it from there, based on your objectives & goals.
- Yoga for Athletes (coming september 2018)
- Running & trail running guide
- Pregnancy & Post-pregnancy training (with or without the baby)
- Training solutions for companies: Single sessions for kickoffs, events, team building events or long term solutions. Healtyh and happy co-workers are your best resource!
